According to the filing, Strategy executed the acquisition within a week, spanning from October 20, 2025, to October 26, 2025. Notably, Strategy financed the purchase using proceeds obtained from the sale and offering of its Series A Perpetual Strike Preferred Stock (STRF), Series B Perpetual Stride Preferred Stock (STRD), and Class A common stock (MSTR).
