According to the latest update, the BabyDoge community has already removed more than 100 billion BabyDoge tokens from circulation since the project relaunched its 1:1 burn campaign for the second quarter of 2026.
Per data from BscScan, community members completed 17 separate burn transactions within the first three days of the initiative. During that period, participants collectively destroyed 181,224,884,035 (181.22 billion) BabyDoge tokens by sending them to the project’s dead wallet address.
The campaign launched with only four days remaining before the end of Q2, prompting the team to encourage holders to participate before the quarter closes.
BabyDoge Team Promises to Match Every Community Burn
In its latest update, the BabyDoge team thanked community members who had already joined the campaign and reminded others that there is still time to participate.
As Q2 enters its final four days, the team has urged holders to take part in the limited-time burn initiative. Under the campaign rules, users can burn BabyDoge tokens by sending any amount to the project’s designated dead wallet. In return, the project applies a “burn multiplier,” meaning every token burned by the community is matched with an equivalent burn from the team, effectively doubling the deflationary effect.
For example, if community members collectively burn 1 billion BabyDoge tokens, the team commits to burning an additional 1 billion tokens, increasing the total supply reduction to 2 billion BabyDoge.
Consequently, the 181.22 billion tokens already destroyed by community members are expected to trigger an equivalent burn from the team. If the burn amount remains at 181.22 billion, the team will burn an equivalent 181.22 billion, raising the campaign’s combined impact to 362.45 billion BabyDoge tokens.
Largest Burn Accounted for More Than 170 Billion Tokens
The campaign received a significant boost today after an unidentified wallet transferred over 170 billion BabyDoge tokens from an unlabeled address directly to the burn wallet in a single transaction.
That transaction stands as the largest burn recorded during the current initiative and represents the overwhelming majority of the tokens destroyed so far. Meanwhile, the second-largest contribution came from a user linked to the cryptocurrency exchange Gate.io, who burned approximately 5.24 billion BabyDoge tokens.

Campaign Mirrors Successful Q1 Initiative
This is not the first time the BabyDoge team has deployed its matching-burn strategy. During the first quarter of 2026, the project launched a similar campaign that led to the destruction of 1.5 trillion BabyDoge tokens.
By reviving the initiative during the closing days of Q2, the team aims to accelerate supply reduction while encouraging stronger community participation. With four days remaining in the quarter and no upper limit on matched burns, the total amount of BabyDoge removed from circulation could increase substantially before the campaign concludes.
Meanwhile, BabyDoge continues to face fresh bearish pressure amid the broader cryptocurrency market downturn. Over the past 24 hours, the token’s price has declined by 2.75%, falling to $0.0000000002899.
